"This building is the only remaining trace of the 'ghost town' of Richieville. This old settlement, known only to local residents, was located on the John Richie properties, on an old wagon road running north and south. It has been deserted during the present century. This building is said to have been a general store." Small wood frame house, unfinished wood siding, door-width covered front port. Stands alone in a field of high grass.
