Wedding dress of pink taffeta, ivory and pink silk brocade, pink crepe, and ivory sateen. A rich, off shoulder, short cap-like sleeve, full skirted wedding gown. Front bodice is low cut, with neckline bound with 1.7 cm. wide band of matching material. 5 steel stays 9 cm. wide shape waist. Sleeves are short, full at top, cap-like and edged with 3 rows (4 cm. wide), gathered brocade ruffles. These ruffles are hand hemmed and attached to garment by hand stitching. Front skirt is fastened to waist band of 3 cm. wide pink taffeta by tiny, even folds. These folds are 2 cm. deep and billow out to end in 913 cm. wide, skirt bottom. (Needs Conservation)
