Blacksmith Tongs. Pickup tongs. 19 1/2" long. Knobbed handle ends. 9 1/2" handles of 1/2" diameter cylindrical rods. Patched onto these 7 1/2" flattened pieces 3/8" thick, 1/2" to 1" across. Jaws riveted together make last 2 1/2" of tool. Lower jaw crossed by oblong channel piece, 1" inside measure x 2" long. Patched on. History: Handmade tools from Estate of S.
