Child's dress. Apron or Pinafore. Blue and white checked cotton pinafore. Ruffled cap sleeves. Two-button closure on back yoke, open down the back. Two 23 1/2" ties at waist. Blue bias tape around neckline. 4 1/4" x 5" pocket. Decorative braid across front and back yoke, on ruffle edges and across pocket. History: Belonged to Mrs. Canning, mother of Aletha Epperson. Aletha was Louann's mother.
