16B Glass candle holder 16C Glass candle holder At bases are 2 rows of rectangular panels. Plain and horizontally fluted panels alternating. Each one has 2 scrolled forms which support the octagonal cup to hold the candle. Each scrolled form is attached to a fluted panel. The panels between them are divided into 3 main vertical sections which have small horizontal divisions at top and bottom. Volutes along edge have the same pattern on the base of the candlesticks, as on the sides of the matching bowl.
