Ecru satin and lace. 3" lace around neck, back and bottom. Gathered satin around neck and sleeves, bow on each shoulder and front pocket at left front. Front and back middle bottom pointed. 17 hook closing in back. History: 1881 Wedding dress worn by Alma Friedman's grandmother, Alma Senekers, when she married Henry Paul Taylor, the son of a confederate, in Bristol, VA. They later moved to Exeter, CA.
