Boy's shiny white plastic collar. Printed inside "Rubber national band and Dupont 12.25" Extra opening for fastening is cut to make neck size bigger. History: Note enclosed "worn by Elmer Van Lew aged 12 years 19096." This note was on the deed of gift. When I catalogued it, it showed up with a shirt and not with collar.
