Baby/Infant petticoat. Short, white linen and flared. White tatting around round neck and arm holes, edged with tiny hem. Fastened at shoulders with 2 pearl buttons and handmade button holes, around bottom edge are 8 rows of 1/4" wide tucks, ending with one row of hand tatting. History: Part of the Gibson family collection of infant's clothing.
