Double lithograph. Top section titled: "Property of D.M. Burns, Woodland, Yolo Co., Cal." The picture shows five horse-drawn wagons, including a Craft Hotel passenger coach. The buliding in the background says "Yolo Mall Printing Office", another, apparently a shop, shows "wagons and carriages, another shop is labeled "S. Brelyea-Carriage Trimming, and L. Dietz Harness and Saddles". Bottom section titled: "Property of David Barnes, M.H. Torrance Lessee. The American Exchange." The picture shows the American Exchange Building with horse-drawn coach, people, dogs and horse with rider, as well as another small building. Overall size 20" x 24" with a 1 3/8" pine frame with corners cross-hatched with an "X" at each corner. A few holes in the top of the frame may have been mounted with arrowheads, as another frame similarly marked with holes had mounted arrowheads from the same estate.
