Black silk satin dickey or collar. Back is ivory chintz. Front made of satin, 3 x 2" double pleats from neckline to waist. Satin band around neckline made up of 1" x 13 1/4" band and 1" gathered band at top. 3 strand serpentine beaded bands at jointing of 2 velvet bands. Closed down back w/12 hooks and eyes.
