Off-white, small straw hat with green ribbon and rhinestones. "Sailor" hat with rolled brim. 7" inside diameter. 3" grey-green ribbon all around, and down over brim on right side. Ribbon patterned with white dots and studded with a scattering of rhinestone. 3" hatpin. Label states: "Julius Garfinkel & Co., Washington" & Hattie Carnegie Casuals.
