Fence-Wire Stretcher. Two double pulleys, iron, with hooks. Pulley sizes 4" x 7". Ratchet on larger pulley's hook. Second ratchet on end of chair attached to smaller pulley's hook. 1/2" hempen ropes between pulleys.
