Black silk velvet jacket. Basque style. Black velvet flowers on black silk background. Beige sateen lining with small red and blue square line design. 8 bonded stays shape garment. High neckline to hem front closure with 17 black, glass buttons with cut steel centers and 17 machine made buttonholes. Collar, straight, turn-over band collar. Sleeves are slightly putted at shoulder and tapering to wrist with a plain cuff. The waistline is tightly fitted with center back. Skirt portion extending downward in a softly, rounded effect.
