A. D. Coons with dark hair combed back and parted on the side, wearing a dark, patterned necktie. Mrs. Jane Leach, widow of Lysle Leach, provided the following information: "Mr. Coons was the city engineer/manager of the City of Davis. He lived next door to us before we lived on Rice Lane. He moved to Pacific Grove of Monterey and died there while still young. His widow died a few years ago. Mr. Coons grew up in Woodland."
