[nb-NO]Exent[nb-NO]This collection contains photographs, obituaries, correspondence, and other documents that relate to the Mansfield family, an African-American family that lived Woodland. Edward Mansfield (1867-1943) and Dorinda Green Mansfield (1870-1953) were Kentucky sharecroppers who moved to Woodland in 1907 with their three sons: Charles Mansfield (1890-1922), Otis Mansfield (1892-1965), and Alonzo Mansfield (1896-1991). All three sons served in the Navy or Army during World War I. Photos filed separately.
