Pale blue satin garters, 1 pair. Homemade. 1 3/4" wide. Upper part is elasticized; lower part forms ruffle which is trimmed with 1/4" ribbon forming band along bottom, rosettes, bows and one large, elaborately knotted bow. B is missing elastic. History: Worn at 1922 wedding of Sarah Sigourney Bramhall & William Byas Gibson IV.
