Blacksmith nippers for cutting. Iron 17 1/4" long. 11" of handle fashioned from 1/2" diameter cylindrical rods. These are flattened to 1/4" x 1/2" for 4" + 4 1/2", riveted together and flattened again, at right angles to handle, into 3/4" x 1/8" x 1 1/4" jaws. Curved oppositely.
