Long, white nainsook and embroidery baby dress. High neck with wide yoke of embroidered nainsook, edged with lace at high neckline. Garment is gathered at yoke and falls to hem. Decoration starts with 11 rows of small tucks, then ends with wide ruffle of Swiss embroidery in leaf design. Sleeves have fullness under armhole and a small box pleat, gathered at shoulder and wrist. Wide band edged with lace at wrist. Back closure with no visable signs of a fastener on the plaque. An "S" in old english script emb on left sleeve, 3" up from wrist.
