Built 1870. Had 32 charter members, November 14, 1869. Located in middle of block on 4th Street, between E and F Streets. Church later burned, was rebuilt on corner of 4th and F Streets. First pastor was Rev. B. B. Bonham. First trustees were William H. Marden, James H. Clark, A. J. Rollins, Thomas M. Gregory, J. E. Parmeter. Treasurer William H. Marden. Two city lots were donated by the proprietors of Davisville: Rice, Haskins, Roelofson and Jackson. The second church structure was later moved to the northeast corner of 4th and C Street and as of 1968 was a fraternity house. Mae Childers Collection. Courtesy Davis Historical Commission.
