Pink chiffon. 3 horizontal pin tucks on front bodice, cap sleeves have two rows of pin tucks then ends with an elongated scallop edge. Small ruffle around neck. Back opening is 6.5" with 3 snaps. 4.5" from bottom are 3 rows of pin tucks, then a 2.5" plain fabric with 3 circles created by a self fabric ruffle, followed by a 1" scalloped hem. 4.5" band around waist with same fabric flower at back closing.
