Blue cotton organdy dress with cotton fiber. Short sleeves with cut hem stitched ruffles on sleeves, around collar. Collar extends to waist, cris-crossing around waist, ties at back. Two rows of 2.5" ruffles at bottom section of skirt. c. 1950s.
