Black taffeta child's dress with ecru lace collar. Straight cut style. 9" flounce around bottom, with two rows unhemmed ruffles. Unhemmed ruffles on sleeves. Collar has 3 multi-colored medallions. History: Worn by donor's mother, Mary Isaacs Baldwin, when she was 8 years old (1925).
