This scrapbook documents the T&C clubhouse changing hands after being sold in 1992 to the Lions Club. Thereafter, the clubhouse is referred to as "Lion's clubhouse" and "community clubhouse" in newspaper clippings. Photo of Shipley Walters during her January 1993 presentation "Heyday of Woodland". An Ann Blake Ryder biographical article (one of the Shakespeare Club's founders) and Shakespeare Club article and photo give interesting background on the second oldest women's literary clubs in California. Carrie and Annie Blowers were Shakespeare Club members and Carrie is in a 1915 photograph of members. The numerous photographs in this scrapbook provide the most documentation accompanied by event programs, year books, and an adult education graduation booklet in the back. The T&C Historian was responsible for creating scrapbooks and documenting T&C activities each year it existed.
