Hand Carved Wooden Box

Hand carved wooden box in high relief with hinged top. Top has several Chinese figures amidst pagodas and trees. Side has several Chinese figures bearing gifts. Front and back are Chinese figures engaged in conversation. Design on lid and on skirt at bottom of box. Lined in magenta velvet with key on inside.
