Baby/Infant long white cotton petticoat. Round neck edged with small hem. Arm holes are bound with small hem, fastened on shoulders by single button and handmade buttonholes. Garment flare to bottom where it ends wtih 8 rows of tiny tucks and finished with gathered nainsook embroidery in a simple design.
