This collection consists of original articles of incorporation filings for firms conducting business in Yolo County. File folders may include the articles, certificates of amendment, decrees of dissolution, certificates of revivor, and changes in the amount of capital stock and board of directors. Articles contain name of corporation, nature and place of business, names of officers and stockholders, number, and value of shares of stock and date of filing. Since 1872 also filed with the Secretary of State. Numerical by certificate number. Separate Indexes.
