Blacksmith Tongs. Two-prong clinching tongs. 10" handles with 5" jaws with 1 1/2" u-shaped jaws, both U's curved in same direction. Riveted together at "neck". Handles basically 1/4" x 1/4" thickness. Necks flattened, bent, with flanges for rivet. Jaws flattened at right angles to necks. History: Handmade tools from Estate of S.
