Black cotton sateen, circa 1910 undersuit.1/2" blue braid around neck and armholes, extending to make 3 1/2" shoulder straps. 2 grey buttons front and back each shoulder. 3 decorative blue-braid bands across each hip extending to 1/3 breadth front and back. Grey buttons each end of each stripe, 2, 1/2" tucks down back. Fabric tie belt and belt holders. Garment wider at bottom than at top. History: From Esther M. Leithold, 1872-1959.
