Pocket watch. Gold, 4555771 is engraved inside the lid. 14K gold center crest surrounded by textured fill on front and back. The face of the watch is Roman numerals with a small circle near the bottom of the watch with 10, 20, etc. for the second hand time. Made by American Waltham (1859-1957).
