Black faille skirt. Long skirt with 7 panels. Pleated ruffles around waist and hem inside of back outer seam. Back waist has a set of ties to adjust waist size. 9 1/2" metal zipper for back opening, also hooks, looks like the back center seam has been fixed to adjust the size. History: Came from the family of Helen's late husband, Raymond Clark, from Humboldt County. (Women's Dresses 1900s/1910s)
