The collection includes photos of Everman Park in Woodland by Lester Koenitzer; photocopies of the Everman/Koetnizer scrapbook, 1893 Frank Everman memoir, and family history; and a map of landscape plantings of Everman Park (separated, map #714). Florence Everman Koenitzer and Lester Koenitzer donated six acres of land to the City of Woodland for a park, which was named in honor of Florence Koenitzer's ancestor Michael Everman, a Revolutionary War veteran.
