The collection consists of two scrapbooks compiled by and for Donna Rae Hays commemorating her activities as president of the Business and Professional Women's Club, Capital District from 1982 to 1983. She was later elected as the first woman president of the Woodland Chamber of Commerce. She also served as president of Woodland Sunrise Rotary.
