White cotton skirt. 40" long in front, back extends into a train 8" longer than the front. Front and back each end with a V shape, this portion of the skirt is the top layer. The top layer is edged with a self fabric ruffle and another ruffle 2" up into the skirt. The underneath layer is the same fabric with the back creating a train. The bottom of the underlayer is four rows of self fabric ruffles 2" apart. Back opening is 11" long, closed by 4 hook and eye which are covered with a satin ribbon bow.
