Black silk velvet and lace cape. Front of cape narrows to rounded points in front. Has 4" lace around outer edge, 3" lace around neck and 1 1/2" lace down the front openings. History: Belonged to Mrs. Canning, the mother of Alletha C. Epperson and grandmother of donor.
