White, long sleeves gathered at cuff with lace edging-garland of white flowers with with intial "R" in center embroidered on top of right sleeve, round lace neckline, pointed yoke of lace inserts and solid material braided tape at skirt gathered to yoke, bottom of skirt has 3 lace inserts , ruffle has one lace insert with lace on bottom, back opening 3 pearl buttons on yoke. History: Belonged to the Blower family.
