Green covers have embossed shield-like design, bound as for book, 12 pages with 4 arch-shaped openings for photos in each (.5 X .8 in) each opening is bordered wtih purple; and each opening is sectioned by purple line, inside front cover: "Wing and Allen's/ Gem Album/ 523 Kearny Street, San Francisco / 187 J street, Sacramento" in brown ink along side: "This album was bought / in the year of our Lord / 1875 in Septemer / T.R. Gibson". Inside flyleaf has: "W. B. Gibson" stamped or stenciled, and "Thomas Gibson("S) Album/ (W)oodland". 3 1/2"x 3 1/4"x 3/4".See list of tintypes on catalog folder.
