This collection consists of annual budgets submitted to the Board of Supervisors. Combination of proposed, recommended and final budgets. Contains summarization of funds, recapitulation of revenue accruals, recapitulation of actual expenditures, and departmental budget figures. Carbon copy of ledger sheets. Chronological by year.
Annual audit reports for special districts: Reclamation, Sanitary, Drainage, Water, Cemetery and Fire, Community Service, Resource Conservation, Air Pollution, Flood Control, Lighting, Mosquito Abatement and Yolo Port District. Often gives brief history of district as introduction to the audit in addition to listing area of responsibility. Audit reflects the financial condition of the district, and provides a detailed look at the expenses and income for the district, as well as itemizing the current assets and or debts of the district
