Long, black silk taffeta with waist 34 cm., length 105 cm. Shaped downward over hip line for 39 cms by series of 1.5 cm. wide stitched down pleats; then becomes loose and full to hemline. Hem has 2 cm. with inner binding giving extra strength and stiffening effect. Back closure by all around placket with 6 snaps.
