White plastic/celluloid shirt cuff (A,B is missing). One-eigth inch from edge all around is the appearance made of a fine machine stitching. Inside is printed "Rubber" National Brand and Sampson over "10". Outside both lower ends are curved and openings on both ends for cuff links are made. Blackened outline of cuff links mars top opening. Material of cuff is like plastic, called celluloid at that time.
