White cotton medium weight fabric chistening dress. Front panel 8 1/2" widening to 12 1/2" runs from neckline to bottom flounce. Panel has alternating rows of 1" eyelet machine embroidery and 1" gathered band; 6" flounce of eyelet embroidery at hem. Tucks just above flounce. Placket closed with 3 pearl button.
