Double-breased black wool serge coat, 33" waist, 41" length, 18" shoulder; 9 3/4" buttons, cloth-covered; 1 1/2" wide velvet collar, 3 1/2" wide velvet cuffs with 2" red velvet cross edged with gold braid; three buttons each cuff; back has 22" open pleat with two buttons at waist and two midway down; 2-4 1/4" x 1 3/4" red velvet epaulets with white crosses. Political uniform. History: Coat belonged to Beryl Wilson's husband, Warner W. Wilson.
