Red cotton corduroy short pants with matching straps with buttons on each end. Pants are completely lined with white cotton broadcloth. 8" long, 21" waist. Label inside back "Gerhard Kennedy". In front are two tab decorations 3 1/2" long where the straps are buttoned.
