Purple cut velvet, raised flowers (4 cm) on black silk background. @1 (2 cm) hand sewn buttonholes from neck to bottom in front with steel cut buttons in "pinwheel" or swirl design. Sleeves: puffed at shoulder and tapered to tight fitting wrist. No cuffs. Soft, rounded padding over chest area. Central portion of skirt extends down into swallow-tail effect Four (10cm) heavily jet beaded leaf sprays are appliqued in this center back skirt-like part. Lining: Medium brown sateen. 3.2 cm band at waist, attached to inside back of lining.
